Food is good but avoid the drive thru. They often seemed understaffed and I've had to wait for a person at the counter often. I was in the drive thru for 20+ minutes with 1 car ahead of me and nobody acknowledged I existed until an employee asked if I was someone else. I just wanted to get my mobile order. I saw many people in the window and nobody opened the window for about 10 minutes. If there's a next time, I'll walk in.
"It's absolutely ridiculous that this Panera Bread location refuses access to the restroom for anyone who isn't a paying customer. In an emergency, this kind of policy is completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of compassion. Do better."
We were greeted with a smile. Our order was taken and we sat at a clean table. The lady cleaning around us was friendly and continued to check in on us. The food was good. Other diners were enjoying their food as well, no loud ambiance and no huge groups.
