The Real Reason For this review is acknowledge how amazing Rachel Is She literally restores my faith inhumanity she is so nice she’s always so welcoming and because she is so nice it really starts my day off right before work I come In every morning religiously and she’s always so professional she goes out of her way just to make sure my service was Perfect she is the main reason why I love coming to this store she’s awesome in every way appreciate good service and someone who takes pride in there job
Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Panera, at almost any takeout restaurant actually. Ordered a pickup meal an hour ahead of time, did not get our order until 25 min after it was scheduled. Staff was unhelpful, kept telling us it was almost ready, was marked as ready on their delivery screen for 10 min before we received our order.
