We’ve always loved Panera and the one we usually go to the service is outstanding (on Rayford and 99) The ladies are the register DO NOT belong in customer service. Gave me half a cup of soup. Why?! How?! This was an order for the smallest portion of soup. Why is that I get back to the office after picking up my lunch order to open my cup of soup and find the cup only half full?! SMH
