Bummed, $13 Sandwiches are smallin size and portions now....
Stop by Panera after a long doctor's appointment. Went to the drive thru ordered 2 chicken bacon ranchers, with Xtra chicken and ranch. Placed the order at 7:15-7:20 p.m. didn't get my food until 7:50 p.m. Ok whatever the young lady was apologetic and gave me a free large thanks. Get home open both sandwiches no Xtra chicken and barely any ranch, oh and 1 piece of bacon. What!!
Ordered 3 Chipotle chicken avocado sandwiches and was very disappointed. I called the store to let them know that we had little to no CHICKEN on our sandwiche, I spoke to Lawrence who said he was the manager and owner and he told me that couldn't be true cause he made them himself. He told me that he put 2 onces of chicken on each sandwich. Lies they tell, I told him he must have put only 2 onces on all 3 sandwichws . To my fellow senior citizens, if you have high blood pressure do not eat at this Panda Express Chinese food on Gratiot in Roseville Michigan. The food is absolutely too salty. Walked in for service on 8/31/25 around 7:30pm, and saw an employee and customer toe to toe in a heated verbal confrontation. The employee acted like he wanted to go into fisticuffs with the customer. The matter was made worse by a female employee screaming at the customer to leave.
