So this happens almost every time I go here. Get to drive thru, 2 cars ahead of me, and next thing I know I’ve been sitting for 30 minutes, no joke. If you go here ide probably go in or order inside pick up. Really the only Panera close by so I still go hoping it will be better but it never is, so beware!
Excellent food and Excellent service! From pastries, bread & bagels, soups, salads, sandwiches, breakfast to dinner I've never had something that wasn't great. An absolute staple in my family! 100% recommend going here.
So much for rapid pick up. They ignore you and then are rude when you ask for your order. I'll go elsewhere.
Do not get delivery through them- it's actually doordash, but still the contents of your order will ALWAYS be wrong and missing items. The dude tried to shift blame to doordash even though THEIR DRIVERS do not prepare the orders. After 3 bad delivery experiences, it's time for a review of their half ass work ethics. From food being slopped together to straight up missing and acting like it's the customers fault for their missing order items, disgusting customer service practices.
