Bummed, $13 Sandwiches are smallin size and portions now....
Stop by Panera after a long doctor's appointment. Went to the drive thru ordered 2 chicken bacon ranchers, with Xtra chicken and ranch. Placed the order at 7:15-7:20 p.m. didn't get my food until 7:50 p.m. Ok whatever the young lady was apologetic and gave me a free large thanks. Get home open both sandwiches no Xtra chicken and barely any ranch, oh and 1 piece of bacon. What!!
Ordered 3 Chipotle chicken avocado sandwiches and was very disappointed. I called the store to let them know that we had little to no CHICKEN on our sandwiche, I spoke to Lawrence who said he was the manager and owner and he told me that couldn't be true cause he made them himself. He told me that he put 2 onces of chicken on each sandwich. Lies they tell, I told him he must have put only 2 onces on all 3 sandwichws . Excuse me Sir but Panara bread is too expensive for me to be cheated. I will never patronize this store agai... read more
