I've only been to Panera one other time and didn't have a good experience, but I decided to give it another try. The food was delicious, but the sandwich was really sad and looked nothing like the picture.
the baker kirsten was very polite, you could tell she really cared about people the way she fed me my soup and bread
Floors and partition walls of the dining area were filthy. Food was OK.
