I am close to campus every day and have been in proximity to this location since it first opened. This place is fine if you just want a self-serve drink (the drip coffee is better than Starbuck's drip), but the location overall is poorly managed and the food is not worth the price. My food has been wrong or weird across the handful of times I got food with a gift card, and that's been sporadic over the years with no improvement in that time. Portions are terribly small. $40 for half filled mac and cheese bowls and a sandwich the size a two year old eats.
Anything you can do to avoid going to this location and dealing with that manager, do it. You're better off just being hungry.
Panera isn't what it used to be. So sad
