Expensive, but very good food. The employees are nice and they are pretty quick. Primary issue is that they start closing at six when official close is 7. Wouldn't it make sense to build in time for closing after open hours?
The bar area was tidy.
Very long wait for a simple order. I waited over 30 mins. It was not busy, one customer left without food…could not wait ….
I spilled my water all over the table. The staff went out of their way to make me not feel so embarrassed or guilty. I made them work harder than they were, and yet they assured me it was not a problem and what they are there to help with. I was truly grateful for their compassion. Thank you Panera staff!
