The bar area was tidy.
Very long wait for a simple order. I waited over 30 mins. It was not busy, one customer left without food…could not wait ….
I spilled my water all over the table. The staff went out of their way to make me not feel so embarrassed or guilty. I made them work harder than they were, and yet they assured me it was not a problem and what they are there to help with. I was truly grateful for their compassion. Thank you Panera staff!
