Ordered delivery, first time from this store on August 26, 2025 and it was prepared at 7:48 pm per the receipt. The delivery was excellent, the food was packaged well, but the sandwiches were the sloppiness thing I'd ever seen. Honestly it looked like someone had thrown the food in the garbage and had someone carefully wrap them. The consistent decline of this location is sad. Service is very slow, bathrooms are dirty, and food has become marginal. Used to be a great location, but no more.
If you want your pastry heated, they point you to the microwave and tell you that you can heat it yourself but the microwave is practically on the floor. How can an elderly person or person in a wheelchair accomplish this?? Not ADA friendly in that regard and certainly not good customer service. Cold cinnamon roll unless you want to get on your hand & knees and heat it yourself. Food is good otherwise. Service can be slow during lunch time.
