Drive thru window worker was noticeably impaired, I ordered an iced coffee, which normally has cream/sugar added, but this worker did not add creamer or even ask if I wanted creamer, just gave me a black coffee... Another window worker handed me the food and did not say anything and just stared me down till I took the food, I said thank you and they just ignored me. Later I found a hair in the food. This was the most unpleasant experience I’ve had at a Panera
