Great food... SUPER slow service. 2nd day in a row here for a pickup (Door Dash) that was ordered prior to my arrival. 15+ min wait BEYOND pickup time is ordinary. Whatever process Panera has for this particular store does NOT work. Telling ppl there is a 20 min wait for fast food is absolutely diabolical.
Food was fresh and delicious and the manager, Scott, was very kind and helpful. Delite is worth her weight in gold. Highly recommend.
Found the corner of a plastic bag in my tomato soup. I could've choked on this and received a huge payday. This is unacceptable. Do better. 8/28 around 10:30am.
They forgot to put Tuna in my Tuna salad sandwich. Thats kind of important. Smh
Sat for 22 mins in the drive thru for a pick up order of turkey, BLT, grilled cheese. Gave up, parked and went inside. Luckily the nice lady at the register found my order. That's too long to wait for prices you pay at Panera.
