Ice tea was perfect!
A quiet place to enjoy a morning coffee.
Went in today around 2pm, ordered an Iced Coffee. Grabbed my cup and found out the Iced Coffee was out. No big deal, so I let the employees at the counter know. They said it would be about 5 minutes to get some new coffee. Again, no issue. I go to the Norterra location on a daily basis and occasionally have to wait for new Iced Coffee. However, it took over 25 minutes to get new Iced Coffee made. I mentioned it to the employee and their response was "It takes time to brew coffee." It sure doesn't take 25 minutes.
