The crew at this Panera could care less about working there. There is zero hospitality, zero eye contact, zero responses from anybody that works here. I don’t know why I left the tip. Apparently you have to do every single thing yourself there, including calling out your own order to know it’s ready and going through the bags to find out which one is yours and you also have to ask for a cup if you ordered a drink. All the while three people are standing there completely ignoring me. Not busy
This is a great Panera location. The food is tasty and fresh. Service is one of the best. Sweets are wonderful after a good meal. Enjoy!
830 am... no one at front counter for 5 min.. only 2 ordering stations occupied by folks both on phone and clueless about how to use tablet and what they want.
Great service and good food 👍 🥑
