If broken promises were a job requirement Mercedes deserves Employee of the Month. Unfortunately, this Mercedes came with a serious defect… NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. She promised to call me back regarding a refund for food I never received. She never called. I stopped by the restaurant today, mentioned she never called me back, and she responded with “Ok”. If this is the person Panera trusts to represent their brand that’s a pretty embarrassing standard.
