I had a disappointing experience at this Panera Bread location. The service I received from one of the employees, Ariel Rieken, did not meet the usual Panera standards. My order was handled poorly, and my concerns weren’t addressed in a professional manner. I hope management takes steps to improve staff training and customer service.
I hate to give any place 1 star but my drive through experience was the pits in terms of customer service. Young lady at the drive through acted like I was an inconvenience, was un-friendly and pushed the food aggressively in my hands. Called the store and talked with Carla the manager and asked that she works with her teams customer service and was dismissed. I expect better from some place that charges $17 for Mac and Cheese and a drink. Oh and they got my order wrong....driving back now.

Definitely one of my local favorite restaurants to go to. Totally love their turkey, bacon, bravo sandwich complimented with the broccoli cheddar cheese soup. Or I switch things up and go with the cranberry walnut chicken salad and complement that with the broccoli cheddar cheese soup. Yes their prices are on the higher side, but I’m a firm believer. You get what you pay for. I have found the quality of their food to be outstanding.
