We enjoyed the food
The worst and most unfriendly panera i have ever been. I ordered a bagel with cream chees and i got a bagel without. So i said can i have the cc please and she didnt even look at me and said it wasnt order. But it was on the ticket. And again she didnt even look. Tables dirty also. Dont go there
Very rude employee, I placed an online order for some cookies, she was demeaning and told me I placed it for the wrong place, told me I really need to pay attention to where I order, I replied that I did, she then checked, told me I was a few minutes early, and asked if I was in a hurry in a mean tone. These were just in the display case, it took her all of 30 seconds to help me and she spent 3 minutes being unhelpful and rude while there were no other orders taking place. It was just some cookies 🤷♀️
