THIS IS THE WORST PANERA BREAD I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. THE SERVICE IS COMPLETELY UNORGANIZED. THERE ARE IGNORANT PEOPLE WHO COME IN AND CUT A LONG LINE OF PEOPLE AND GET SERVICED CONSTANTLY. I HAVE SEEN OTHERS COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS WHILE I WAS THERE AND ALL OF IT "FELL ON DEAF EARS" AND TREATED WITH ROLLED EYES. I don't enjoy being the only one in line @ 7pm and counter help ignores me like I'm invisible...
We always come here and eat when we go to the car shows. They have the best soup ans sandwiches. We've never had a bad meal. It's always been terrific.

Panera Bread is pretty consistent, menu-wise. The main difference is the wait-staff, some are good, some not so. Also the Panera's that I'm a fan of have SAMPLES, oh yeah. Nothing like a little nibble while you're deciding....
I love this restaurant mostly for their good bread. You can get any kind of bread you want and make a killer sandwitch. Good salads too. Prices are moderate.
Definitely worth a try. Usually very busy, but not a long wait. The food is excellent.
