Holy Jesus. I waited 20 minutes in line for this a cup of soup they didn’t wrap my bread and I didn’t even get any croutons. there are three pieces of cheese. A Greek salad is supposed to have fresh cucumbers, andBeets. No beets. I haven’t been to a Panera in five years and I will never be going back this place needs some serious help $13 for some shredded lettuce a piece of bread that wasn’t wrapped chicken that looked undercooked in no croutons . honestly, I’m not even sure how this place is in business in these times.
2026 Came back again. No issues. 2024 Not bad. This location has many workers. Fast service! Nice smiles. Good experience. Food was excellent. I had the bacon turkey. My wife had the turkey and my daughter had the spicy chicken. We also had broccoli soup. All four items were good. Place was busy but this building is very wide and very Covid19 friendly. I do like the self serve pop. I really don’t eat at Panera bread, but I had a coupon. Highly Recommend!
Management is garbage and the staff is incompetent. Went drive-thru ordered a sandwich with just meat and lettuce. The girl started crying and had a to pass me off to another girl because she felt my tone wasn’t nice, due to her not being able to comprehend a sandwich with just turkey and lettuce. I left….felt bad and re-went thru the drive thru and gave her $20 tip even though i left with no order at all ! Like NO FOOD! called up there mins later to tell mgr not to hire people who cry since your working in cust service . NO... read more
