I came into this Panera recently and was really impressed with the service. My order was taken quickly, and everything came out fresh and exactly as I asked. The employee who helped me, Isela, was especially kind and attentive when I asked about some of the items on the menu. She greeted me warmly and checked in to make sure I had everything I needed. Listen, it's a Panera. You're never going to get what you pay for. I'm just writing this review because the staff are friendly here, the place is clean and well-managed, and it's nobody's fault they have subpar ingredients to work with. I do remember coming here often during Killer Lemonade Summer. God I loved that lemonade. I think my bloodstream was 50% Panera Killer Lemonade at some point. And you know what? Even though I lost a foot, I'm proud of it.

During my second visit to Panera Bread, I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by the manager, Brandon and this experience completely blew my first one out of the water.
