There was an incident this morning, with ordering a sausage egg and cheese sandwich for eat in, the old guy in glasses that was making the food served me the sandwich, which didn't have the sausage in it. He didn't believe me, dug into the garbage can that had my order number, then immediately proceed to take my sandwich and put the sausage in it. WITHOUT CHANGING ANY GLOVES. Straight from the garbage can to the sandwich. Disgusting practice!
At about 3:00PM I took out a Turkey Bravo sandwich and 2 bowls of soup. The bread was stale. The entire meal was almost inedible. I have found that Panera stores have different quality. Stale bread at a Panera is not excusable. I will not return to this Panera store again.
This is ridiculous. This store has always been not a good experience for us. We ordered a veggie sandwich as always at any store and it’s just imagine how small it would be. Check the picture. On top of that everything was put on one side and I had to open and reconfigure so I can eat it.
