We stopped by Panera during our lunch break and had such a great experience! The dining room was spotless and felt really welcoming. A sweet lady named Kianga helped us out and took our order, and she was so kind and attentive. She made our visit even better with her warm attitude and excellent service. Definitely one of the better lunch spots around, we’ll be back soon!
The worst Panera around. They charge extra for a bread bowl but won’t bother to include the bread bowl. Then if you call them ahead of time, to make sure they get the order right. They don’t answer. Ever. Then when your food arrives it’s old. You can literally see the soup separating from the grease and cheese.
Very kind staff. They replaced our order although we made the mistake.
