Panera used to have good cheddar broccoli soup…now, it tastes like crap. Bland and no flavor.
This Panera has used to be a weekly takeout- but no longer. 2 weeks in a row they have gotten my order wrong. They must have no manager because quality control is nonexistent.
HAIR IN MY SALAD! AND they barely gave me a drop of dressing. Also the giant crouton? This salad was poorly made and this a serious hygiene issue. Disgusting.
I enjoyed the soup and half sandwich combo with butternut squash soup and chicken salad sandwich. My husband enjoyed his French onion soup in a bread bowl. And the chocolate chip cookie was rich and decadent. There was a beeping sound coming from the kitchen area the whole time we were there and I think I've heard it at this location before. That did take away from our enjoyment some. The staff are friendly and efficient.
