This location is very, very dirty—the floors, the tables, everything. It’s unacceptable for a food establishment to be this neglected. The entire place smelled dirty, and the overall condition made me regret eating there. Basic cleanliness should be the bare minimum for any place serving food.
Easily the worst customer service experience so far. I ordered online but thanks to Panera and their infinite wisdom, they gave my away and it was never delivered. I tried calling 9 different times! That's what it took to even try to get thru to a person, which was still unsuccessful. This location has had this happen more times than any other restaurant I've ordered at. If you value your food, time & money, spend your money somewhere else. This place will only steal your money and give your food away. Terrible job guys, way... read more
