I get Rapid Pickup orders from this location at least once a week. The order is ready when I arrive at the stated pickup time, but something is always wrong with the order. I have two sandwiches I did not order and 0 of what I did order. Usually it's the free side item that's missing. (No chips or apple) The food is good, but check your take out before you leave the store.
The cashier has no clue as to what is on the menu. She was confused every time anyine asked her a question. She literally kept running to her manager and kitchen staff. The portions are very small & overpriced. I has to find a staff member to clean the dirty table, since they were all dirty.
This location continued to disappoint!! Service and food!!! New management needed!!! I won’t be back!!!
This was the best experience i’ve ever had at panera by far the cashier Joella gave amazing service and Anvei made an amazing pumpkin frozen java
