I went through the drive-through because I figured it would be quick, there was only one car in front of me, but it took about eight minutes for that car to get his order processed. I got my order put in for a small salad and a side, And again, waited another 5 to 7 minutes to pick it up at the window. It isn’t that the car in front of me had a huge order or anything like that. We love Panera for the ability to work there, have meetings, unlimited sips, and pretty healthy food options. Don't care for their desserts, but that's just not my taste.....

I placed a pickup order through the app at 1:15 PM. The app stated it would be ready at 1:25 PM. When I pulled into the drive through I had to repeat my name 4 times before the person understood me. When I got to the window I sat there for 13 minutes waiting with cars behind me. I finally received my food at 1:38 PM.
