Daniel working this afternoon was fantastic! He helped our family of four get our food to the 2nd floor without being asked. I've never had such proactive service at a Panera. Thank you, Daniel!

Fresh made food , lots of choices for everyone and staff is nice. Try the bread bowl with broccoli cheese soup! Yum!!!
Prepper was absolutely rude and unhygienic. I missed the initial call, to which she replies, "I said (my name)". It's not what you say, but how you say it. Please don't be rude because I didn't understand how you said my name. We are not even gonna talk about how she got the bare egg white with her gloves hand after touching equipment. Cross contamination, hello? Had I time, I would have just returned it, but was not offered my receipt either.
My wife and I made a HUGE mistake in stopping here for coffee and pastry a couple hours before closing. When we ordered coffee the person taking our order made no effort to tell us the coffee and hot water urns were cold, and they had already removed the decaf urn (with still 2 hours before closing). Almost no pastry or bagels available. The place was dirty with lots of trash on the floor, and the tables had not been cleaned.
