Received the wrong order right before closing manager agreed to comp my meal replacement. Called in and manager handled my replacement it was ready quick via drive thru and even gave me a free flower cookie thank you.
By far the worst Panera I've eaten in. The layout is ridiculous. You have the smallest corridor where people are picking up their orders. Hemming and hawing as you pass them by to get to the drinks. The coffee is at the other side of the restaurant. Opposite the other drinks. Makes sense? The floor was so filthy I was completely grossed out. Tables were dirty. Clean restaurant, kind staff and superb bagels. There bagels are to die for, im lucky i live close to here.
