Went in for lunch yesterday. Wanted a half order of Mac and cheese and a half sandwich. I asked if I could taste the Mac and cheese because not all restaurants make it not mushy. I was told no. So I just ordered a bagel and cream cheese. They don't even use real cream cheese and they charge you for it. Messed up my daughter's order as well. She was also going to get the half and half (soup and sandwich). They over-charged for her meal as well. Panera used to be a great place to grab a bite.... not anymore. Came in to get soup and recover from being sick. Soup options were a bare minimum. 11am on a weekday with limited options is crazy. Won't be returning
