Ordered a Pumpkin Spice bowl today, just to find out at the counter the item was not available (after I had already paid and had gotten a table). Asked for a sandwich: they made just half a sandwich and wrong ingredients (I’m on a very strict diet due to autoimmune issues). I didn’t accept it and asked the manager for a full refund of my soup bowl; employees proceeded to talk badly about me, knowing my daughter and I were sitting right there in front of the counter. I’m never coming to this Panera, ever again.
