The service at this Panera might be the worst in the whole chain. The employees refuse to talk to you, to either take an order OR help after your order has been placed… Good luck getting your cups for fountain beverages. The store is absolutely filthy to boot. Trash on the floors, tables covered in spilled beverages, you name it. In a world where we all make choices, our family will be making other choices for fast-chain food going forward. Can't order what I want on the website. Useless website. Just as well overpriced slop...
Wow. Has this place gone downhill. Ordered a steak wrap. Got a very expensive lettuce wrap with a few pieces of super thin steak garnish. Most of other supposedly included ingredients missing too. What a joke.
