It's hard to write this because the folks working there were doing the best they could but they were significantly short staffed. How do you run out of coffee? My "group of six" were looking for a new venue. Half way through our ordering, the coffee services were empty and she had to make coffee, oh wait she had to take orders, oh wait she had to get some pastries. When I first walked up at 10:30am I was greeted by a mountain of trash on top of the trashcan right at the front door. Once inside there was only one person at the register and as I walked in the floors were sticky. I proceeded to wait an extensively long time to order with one customer in front of me. Finally at the counter I ordered a pick two and my boyfriend ordered a whole sandwich with a cup of soup. After another 20 minutes or more when we received the food it was incorrect. Fast and friendly. Food was good and fresh
I love Panera Bread, but this location needs some help. It's close to my work so I eat here at least once a week and it is always far from perfect. It's actually far from average for that matter. First off, good luck finding a clean table to eat at. I go around 1pm when it is relatively slow (we are talking 2 people in line, max) and every table is dirty every visit and I have never seen anyone ever go out to clean them.
