I'm giving this location five stars because they have the hibiscus iced tea and I absolutely love that plus the staff was friendly and attentive. But I dislike these open floor plans where you don't have a bit of privacy from other seated customers, there aren't any high-backed booths so you're just staring at someone that's right across from you. Service was excellent. I wasn't crazy about the food. This was the first time I ever ate here.
A terrible experience. The employee, Alex, is very rude; gestures are universal—they don't depend on language. If she is annoyed because she has to multitask, she should find a different job; she has no business getting upset or making faces when a request is made. The service was abysmal; I will not be returning to this place.
Thanks to the amazing morning crew for making my breakfast just right. The morning crew always go above and beyond their call to make this happen for a picky eater!!
