Terrible service. Never use the app. They use it as a suggestion rather than having the order ready. They make you wait 30+ minutes after the order time to get your order (pre ordered hours ago). They always mess up the order. They never have anything on stock. To make things "better" they offer a voucher to buy not stuff at their location. Very inside dirty. Floors are sticky, coffee carafes are filthy, and all tables were dirty and not wiped down. Have you ever seen chunky oatmeal? Me neither. Pass on this place.
Shout out to MARI, she had the best customer service skills, good hospitality, overall great energy! Great experience. Definitely gonna be coming here more frequently again! I haven’t been to this location in nearly a year because I had a very dissatisfying experience previously with very immature, low quality, and unwelcoming staff 10/10 Thank you Mari for being patient, helpful & respectable, my children enjoyed dinner a little extra because of your kindness tonight! Give that girl a raise or at least some praise!
Walked in and stood there and no one even offered to help. All were in the kitchen area. Couldn't use the kiosk for special order needed.
