Shout out to MARI, she had the best customer service skills, good hospitality, overall great energy! Great experience. Definitely gonna be coming here more frequently again! I haven’t been to this location in nearly a year because I had a very dissatisfying experience previously with very immature, low quality, and unwelcoming staff 10/10 Thank you Mari for being patient, helpful & respectable, my children enjoyed dinner a little extra because of your kindness tonight! Give that girl a raise or at least some praise!
Walked in and stood there and no one even offered to help. All were in the kitchen area. Couldn't use the kiosk for special order needed.
I went yesterday and they had gotten more order wrong. So, I call and tell them what happened and they offer to have me come back and they can make it right. I originally ordered half a tuna sandwich. When I came back, I received a full tuna sandwich with chips, two bakery items of my choice and a large drink, all for free. If they want to get my order wrong every time I would be happy. Thank you, Panera Racine for your generosity
The drive thru is so unorganized, I arrived at the drive thru lane at 7:01 p.m. and ordered 1 Lg Mt Dew, had to wait in the drive thru til 7:33 p.m. to receive my soda. Then they didn't even know what order was mine and didn't even apologize for taking over half an hour. If you're in a rush, avoid this Panera Location
Such slow service. I have come here 3 times and every time it has been a simple order. Orders take over 20 minutes
