Unfortunately, as a Panera fan, this was not it. Floors were dirty with food and pieces of debris, dirty table tops & chairs, the trash station was (not exaggerating) piled high with plates, cups, etc all over couldn’t hardly fit another piece of garbage in the hole. Didn’t seem exceptionally busy for all this. Food was good no complaints with that , sandwich was hot and fresh as you would hope for the price.
The new manager was helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is changing to more of a restaurant experience.

I placed an order through the app for pickup at the drive thru with a notification that it was ready at 10:27am, I arrived at the speaker at 10:31am and sat there for 5 minutes waiting for them to begin anything with me and then finally gave them my name and pulled around to the window and didn't get my food until 10:48am for a single sandwich that was completed and bagged. The drive thru person was very good, no issues there. I just wanted to say that every time I go there, the common theme is that we are out of something. I'm not exaggerating, every time, "we're out of x." Who is doing your ordering? Or the Panera supply chain the problem?
