It took me 20 minuets to even be acknowledged, i wasnt handed my drink or updated on my food the window was never opened for at least 20 minutes, staff is typically pretty nice at this location but the service i experienced today was wild. nobody was in front of me i had placed a mobile order prior to arriving and still after speaking to the lady on the speaker cars were piling behind me bc nobody had opened the window for 20 minuets after i was given the okay to pull to the window
