Ordered online for drive thru pick up. Got to the speaker and waited. Yelled hello a couple times and waited some more. Finally a guy asks for my name and says pull around. At the window he hands the food out no hello no nothing. I say thank you, window slams shut. That is the worst service I've ever had and I will not be back.
I joined a friend and treated her to dinner at this location. We both enjoyed different options of the pick 2 with salads and half sandwiches. We used the electronic option to look at the menu and choose our dinners without feeling any time pressure. While I feel that Panera is not the value it used to be, it still offers some good soup, sandwich, salad, and treat options. I know it is always going to be good food.
