I wanted to share my experience today at this location. Only 1 item of my order was the wrong being another type of soup, but the manager(staff member) was diligent at ensuring in making it right. Including my daughter was delighted at their kindness. Great service, great food, fast service. Thank you!

This is one of the best Paneras in this area. Today Ashley at the counter was AWESOME!! Very friendly, professional & efficient. She had a great attitude & a big smile. Went around tge restaurant checking on customers etc. Highly recommend this shop & Ashley!! Best customer service. Thanks.
When I stop by this location, it's usually shortly after they open on my way to work. It's frustrating to have to wait for creamers, hit water, iced coffee, and honey to be put out. This is a frequent occurrence. The workers are friendly and professional, but don't stop here in the early morning if you're in a hurry.
Panera website delivery driver just left my order, receipt said order checked for each item. NO SANDWICH !! NOW I HAVE TO WAIT UP TO 1 HOUR, although store is 5 minutes away ! Just had my hip replaced or I'd drive up there, they were anxious to just REFUND N BE DONE with my situation!! How rude!
