I come to this location almost every day and have never had an experience as bad as today. The woman at the front desk refused to give a cup of water for my dog, claiming that “FDA rules” don’t allow them to provide water for pets. She couldn’t specify what specific regulation says that . This is simply not true — there is no such FDA rule, and I’ve been given water for my dog at other Panera Bread locations without any issue. The explanation felt dismissive and incorrect.
