Jake was knowledgeable and worked efficiently. He made the process of ordering straightforward. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who values excellent customer service
I have never seen Panera with such low assortment of food as this location. It’s only a few years old but seems grossly mismanaged. The espresso machine is broken. Bagels are frozen and not available. This is also evident by the place being completely empty at 8:30 in the morning on a weekday.
Don’t go here on your lunch break if it’s not 2hrs or longer. idk what’s goin be on here, not trying to be an a-hole, but it consistently takes longer than 30mins to get food. Food is ok.
It's unfortunate, the cashier was super nice and friendly. But when it came to the food prep terrible. I waited for an hour for my food. The food prep team was more preoccupied on closing and going home they made us wait. Than when I noticed when the food was wrong they made it seem that I was inconvenienced them. Crazy! But the cashier was nice to get it right himself. Probably not coming back
