This place is horrible!!! Came in to order this guy is on his airpods talking to someone, he takes our order while still on the phone gives us the wrong receipt! We are waiting for 30 minutes keep in mind we are the only ones in the store so we think this is weird, we go to check our order by the kitchen the guy is walking around humming a song then has the audacity to tell us our order didnt go through!! He forgot our names and faces in less than 30 minutes. Never coming back I wonder why you guys dont have any customers!!!
Me and my family stopped there for some soup because half my party was feeling kind yuck I had a sandwich there we all loved our food absolutely loved it and were sad because we live at there's not a Panera bread anywhere close by.
I would rather be on an IV tube than have to swallow this horrible mess that they call edible... Stale food, gross. no service whatsoever! And the problems only start after you actually eat that moldy mess... You will spend your entire life in a Drive-Thru line with no one in front of you, or in the parking lot. Because no idiot would come to this place... 25 min for a coffee! 33 min for a bowl of soup! (It's stale and in a bucket they just can't give it to you) Ridiculous. And you don't even see anyone working in the shop..... read more
