This is worst Panera Bread I had been, at 7:20am there only 1 customers in front of us, we ordered on the app and wait 40 minutes with no food come out. Garbage!!!
The place was empty and it took forever to get our orders.
Ordered the premium group set. First time I came to pick it up they forgot the quart of chicken noodle soup and 2 of the cookies. I drove back (wasted 20 minutes) to pick up the missing items, they gave me the wrong soup.
Walked into Panera this morning to grab a bagel and there was one person working the bakery area. I looked over my options and as I walked over to the counter to order, the person working walked into the back. I waited a few minutes and still no one comes up to the counter. As I was about to walk out someone else came from the back and said they would get someone to take my order. After another minute or so someone came to take my order.
