worst service ever. this is the second time i have been to this location and they forgot my food again. i have waited for 30 minutes both times just to go up there and be told my food was forgotten
This store can never ever get our orders right. Even if we order one sandwich they will also forget to put the chips in the bag. Happened to us three times and I was told the last time they will give us extra and not even one bag of chips was given to us. This is the worst Panera. Yesterday the totally messed up our order again. Please do better or start giving refunds
I LOVE Panera so I'm not going to change my over all review. However the service this visit was disappointing. I ordered a (pick 2) bread bowl of soup and a salad. First I got my soup but no bread bowl. So I go back in, explain the situation. She was very sweet about it. Wrapped up my bread and handed it to me. I get back to my vehicle and unwrap it but she didn't cut a hole in the top of the bread so I just have this little bread loaf now 🤦 so I move on to my salad, figure I can cut the bread later.
