This is a Panera To Go so the whole experience there is very odd and uncanny valley considering there is never any human interaction. I had a coupon that had to be used in person and not on an ordering kiosk and simply couldn’t use it because that’s the only ordering option there. There are no employees or even an actual cash register for someone to help you with this. Found a giant bug in my salad
To take 30 minutes for a bagel is preposterous! Four people ahead of me in the queue with only two in the lobby. That's over 7 minutes per person with at least 3 people working on the back. Two of the people ahead of me canceled their order because it was taking too long. Don't waste your time going here even if the food is good.
