Horrible service. Takes forever and employees chit chatting in the back is why it takes a long time. Management should be aware and address the issue.
I spend more than $1,000 a year on Panera. This by far is the absolute worst Panera you can go to. If you want warm coffee in regular or bold they serve warm coffee. If you want no club soda this is the place for you. If you want a sandwich with no mayo or mustard on it this is the place for you. If you want stale bread, then this is the place for you. Do not buy from this establishment. Absolutely the worst Panera in the Midwest.
Closed on Sunday makes no sense for a Panera bread?? That’s one of the busiest days for your company??
I ordered a cranberry chicken salad sandwich which turned out to be mostly lettuce and tomato with a little chicken salad slapped on the bread. There was so little I can barely tell what it tasted like. Very disappointed
