We order from Panera as our HQ is right around the corner. Today we got our order delivered in a SEALED back (its how they seal the receipt to the bag) and one of our 1/2 sandwiches were missing. Our head of HR who placed the order called to let them know it was missing ... ONLY to be on the receiving end of an arguing employee who then hung up on our manager and refused to answer the phone when she called back.
