This location is not as good as the other locations in the city. I purchased a pomegranate iced tea for pickup and when I went inside on the shelf was just the cup and a piece of paper. I went up to the desk to inquire about a straw and the person working there directed me by pointing his finger to another counter, even farther away saying the straws are over there. Very, very bad service
The place was clean. I assume the manager, who was wearing a black shirt was very kind and directing staff to what the correct temperature of the soup should be, which I appreciated for food safety. The staff was friendly as well. My food was good.
