The weekly drive thru cashier woman, is extremely rude and unwelcoming. Barley sticks her hand out of the window to hand your order
I can't believe that Panera Bread doesn't have milk for tea. The employee said they only had the almond 'milk' and half & half cream that was out. I think we were lied to. My bagel was barely toasted, and I had to ask for butter. I've never rated a Panera Bread less than 5 stars before.
I love Panera bread- usually. Today we got pick up at the Panera in Clarksville, TN. I ordered a four cheese souffle and it did not taste like any souffle I've ever had at Panera. The crust was soggy and tasted like too much four. I thought maybe it was left over from the day before. I only ate a few bites and threw it away. What are they doing there that it tasted so bad? Service, cleanliness and etc was great. My husband ordered a sandwich that was prepared while we waited and it was very good, but my souffle was not.
The staff is great, very accommodating to my specifications. Unlimited sip club got me in but the great staff keeps me coming back. I get to relax and enjoy my morning coffee and afternoon juices. The restaurant is clean and well stocked. Thanks for the sips!
