I have had lunch here many times. The staff is always very friendly and helpful when I am not sure what to get, the last few times I have been then I have Delilah help me she has been a delight to see. Thank you for your help and for making yummy sandwiches

We went to Panera for lunch today (9-22) and had a great experience. We ordered through the app but everyone was super friendly. Upon getting to dessert, I found my chocolate croissant to be burnt. I asked if I could get another one and Dan explained that they all looked like that due to a QC evaluation. Dan went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us. He not only made me feel heard, but he gave us our choice of a different dessert AND another dessert for free!
