Terrible manager 2:00 pm Monday January 27, 2014. Rude, arrogant and condescending. 1 star only because can not rate 0 or less!!
Employees too busy stocking bagels to wait on customers. Manager too busy doing nothing but watch and even made eye-to-eye contact with me and four other customers in line waiting for roll and coffee. After about five minutes and not one of us being helped I left. Love the menu but expect at least a little service.
Not friendly managements or employments at all, totally different with the one located at Edmond, Bryant st!
