The manager is very rude and meen and the food is very cold when I ordered
I had one of the worst experiences at Panera Bread in Cincinnati. The customer service was absolutely terrible—the staff was incredibly rude and dismissive, acting like I was an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. I waited way too long for my food, and when I finally got it, it was cold, stale, and completely unappetizing. I order the food half the orders missing and I call back to them they didn't listen and they were very rude and meen and the food that I was ordered is very cold and I get hair in my sandwich and I told to them they say do what ever you want to do and totally it's very bad experience to me even I call them they are very rude to me and they did even care
