Panera has been bought by private equity. Private equity ruins everything. Par baked bread is stupid. The whole brand is fresh bread made in house. I will no longer be eating at your establishment. Goodbye
Two items that I ordered and paid for were not in the delivery. Cost my about $15. Will not use this Panera again. Am interested to see if they contact me or refund me.
Horrible I will never go there again how is a soup bread bowl served hard and cold the rice and chicken was salty and dry couldn’t eat tried calling talking to a manager he was rude and no help at all my first time was horrible never again this location suck s wouldn’t recommend
