It's a high volume location esp for its size, it's also one of the worst locations due to: parking is bad, students flood from nearby after 3(?) PM (local HS needs to have an assembly about this and crossing streets), other parasites that occupy all day, ants and smell of barf by cold drinks area, etc etc
Every employee seems lost, I placed my order for RPU at 11:15am for pick up at 12:05pm. I have 2 orders to pick up unable to find either one when I arrive at 1215pm, finally they find one after repeating names and showing confirmation (luckily I took). The other order they cannot find they said someone probably took it!! How??? You have measures in place to prevent this!
