Haven’t had much of the food here, but the pastries are reliably good. I’ve been to a lot of Paneras around SoCal, and this is one of my favorites for getting work done or meeting someone. The biggest reason is the atmosphere. This is a very busy location in the Shoppes at Chino Hills, so there’s almost always a good buzz and a constant mix of people coming and going. Healthy and ice tea
UPDATE 2026: Employees are fine, but their inventory management is a failure. This location has gone downhill a lot over the last 3+ years. Lack of attention to detail, missing items from my order, consistent lack of inventory, etc. I’m going to open a food place that copies their concept and absolutely blow them out of the water. You’d think a billion dollar corporate chain would have better execution across the board.
