IDK what happd, but past week I've ordered twice. Both times.. the bread smells like MILDEW. GROSS.
I had a wonderful experience at this location today thanks to Imelda. I placed an online order and accidentally selected the wrong sandwich. I didn’t realize it until I received my order. I explained the situation to Imelda and she kindly was able to fix my order promptly and with no issues. Thank you again! You showed great customer service. :)
2 times back to back i go here they didn't pack my bakery goods in my bag, but this last time they gave me the wrong sandwich and wrong soup. I feel like it's one girl that always mess up and 2nd to last time i didn't like the tone of how she asked me to speak up. This time she must needed me to speak up because i looked at the receipt and noticed its not what i asked for. At least the receipt had the right soup but the right soup was not packed, i can't go to this Elmwood location anymore
