I come this Panera bread because it’s the closest to my house, however it’s always annoying when I place an online order only to get home and it’s the wrong thing. This had happened so many times that it’s getting old. I get mistakes happen but it just seems like it’s becoming the normal or something. I’ve tried calling but no one picks up and at this point it’s not worth my time to drive back when I’m exhausted and I all I wanted was for my order to be correct but that’s too much to ask for.
Unfortunately, this is the second time I have found someone else’s hair in my order here. The first time there was a hair in my salad, and today I found a black hair in my drink. This is absolutely unacceptable and a serious hygiene violation. Finding hair twice is not an accident—it’s negligence. I would really like to know how something like this keeps happening. Highly disappointing and I will not be coming back.
