The kiosk is the only means to order but does not offer cold beverage options. The service time is extremely slow.
Slow service 3 times in a row, understaffed and it took over 20 mins to receive 2 coffees, 1 scone, and avocado toast.
I ordered a toasted bagel. Told them they forgot to toast it. I was told they ran it through the toaster 3 times....3 times? I asked could they toast it more and i was told no. I asked for a manager. First off, she wasn't inviting, she just came to the counter and looked at me which had me assume she's the manager cause she didn't say "can I help you". I spend 32 dollars for the 10 dollar card challenge and never got it. I emailed corporate and they said this is done by a third party and cannot help. I will be cancelling my sip club membership and avoid panera as their money grabbing techniques are becoming annoying. They have pretty good food but overall overpriced.
