Horrible customer service by Manager Julian. I ordered on thr app to avoid waiting in line. I got an email with confirmation that my or was ready at 12:26. I couldn't find my order and asked the clerk. She told me I had to wait even though I showed my email confirmation. I asked the manager Julian to check and he told me they were out. He wouldn't listen to me about email and said I'll get a refund later. Didn't even offer an explanation or if I wanted anything else. Most disorganized food establishment I've ever been to. The workers are unaware of their customers and frequently forget items or the entire order. New management doesn't seem to have improved anything. I've worked in the hospital for 2 years, and I've lost count how many times I've had to notify them of water or coffee jugs running out, to put a cup in my order when I paid for one, and pointing out when they've completely forgotten my order.
