Grover at the Panera on Rush is the best! He’s always incredibly kind when I pick up my order, and every time he’s working, my sandwich is made perfectly. You can tell he truly takes pride in his work—he’s an outstanding employee who goes above and beyond.
I work night shift and the crew is always so friendly and quick with my orders. Shoutout to Ty for best service every time!
Alisha was great! She knows what customer service is and was very friendly and nice when I came. Her energy was welcoming and she told me about a rewards program I knew nothing about.
Jasmine was awesome! I loved how she greeted me and was very patient with me. She was very nice and her energy was great, it's always a good feeling when the customer service is good.
JOSH I hate giving a bad b/c 4 out of the 5 people with whom I dealt were delightful. I just wanted 2 empty coffee cups and 2 empty bowls. I told the first fine gentleman that I would gladly pay for them. He said I would not need to do so. JOSH got involved and made me pay full price for 2 soups and 2 coffees just to obtain the 4 empty containers. Moreover, he would not do it at the counsel, but made me figure it out at the kiosk.
