This specific location has gone downhill. Last time I ate from here I got sick from the food. They also skimp on the half sandwiches.
I recently visited Panera and ordered a meal along with a Dragonfruit Refresher. When I received my drink, it appeared to be plain yellow and did not look like the beverage I normally order. I politely asked the employee preparing the drink if the store had run out of dragonfruit, since the drink looked different than usual. Staff is always friendly and the store is always clean. The bagels are always fresh. Today I watched someone train a new employee on the register with patience and kindness.
I have never had such a pathetic service in my life. The moment I walked in I'm greeted with a frown and a puff. I ask about the soup menu and the cashier said nothing, flipped the menu around and stood there in absolute silence. Thanks but no thanks
Way to go Panera bread staff I had an outstanding experience this morning at Panera Bread. At 7:26 AM, you don’t always expect top-tier energy but Jessica completely delivered. She was alert, lively, and genuinely kind. Talking to her honestly gave me a positive start to my entire day.
