30min for a dine in order at 1pm, cold soup and sour salad. Worst part was the four 8year olds playing tag through the establishment while people are eating.
25 minutes PAST my time set for online order pick up. No apologies; no offers to make it right. Very frustrating and unacceptable. Will not be going back.
I had to wait 40 minutes for my preorder and once I finally got my food my sandwiched was missing avocado and no chips.
This locations annoys me so bad because why every time I come here it’s the longest wait time smh like get more staff or something smh it doesn’t matter what time of day you come the drive through line is always so long smh
I am a door dasher. Wait time for orders isn't too bad, but they are always on point and I never get a complaint from my customers about missing items. Wtg staff!! Working together with you to keep customers happy is a pleasure
