I’ll give it a three since there was an older gentleman that helped me out with my plates, my chipotle chicken sandwich barely had any chicken and my mocha latte looked looked like someone dranked half of it, I was disappointed I asked if it had any chicken and he said it did and lifted the egg but it looked like he had a hard time finding the chicken at first, the chipotle chicken is my top choice everytime I had to double check the receipt to see that it didn’t have no chicken. I placed an online order ahead of time and made a few customizations to my sandwich and salad. Everything was just as I ordered and it was ready on time. Food was great and the girl working the counter was friendly. My only complaint is that the tomatoes on the salad were mushy. I will definitely be back!
Sadly, this location has really gone downhill, especially in the afternoons. They seem to have constant staff turnover and the service has gotten noticeably worse. I used to come in almost every day for coffee, and an employee named Kayla would greet me at the door with a smile.
