Always a Panera fan, this is good. No drive through but rapid pick up inside is good.
I recently visited the Panera Bread on S Tryon St in Charlotte with my family. While the food and service were generally okay, I was deeply disappointed to witness how a young employee was treated by his manager, Travis, in front of customers and family. The manager's harsh and unprofessional tone was uncalled for and showed a lack of respect for his staff. Staff are very polite and friendly. However, management and their behavior are disappointing! I would never go back there until the management learn from their employees some code of conduct!!
