This is one of the nicest and cleanest Paneras out there!
They forgot to put my order in within drive thru. No big deal for me. They apologized, two different people apologized during my brief interaction at this drive thru. They gave me a cookie - I thought 'that is a nice touch.' I get home, I find they gave me a third baguette on top of the two I ordered - I thought 'now that is above and beyond.' Why?
