Girl running the drive through.Did not take my phone number for my rewards. She handed me a MELTED frozen drink and made me wait a very long time before she came to the windows. Drive thru Service has been horrible since they opened. They have always gotten my orders wrong, even when they were across the street. And it doesn't matter if you ask to speak to the manager, because the EMPLOYEE is right here, NOT the customer, so if your order is wrong..... too bad.
