I hate to have to do this to my fav chain but Waverly needs an overhaul! Ordered a french onion soup that was barely luke warm, and an odd consistency. Went to exchange it and the manager told me "theres a microwave up front. Ordered a fruit cup for my daughter which was clearly dated and soggy. To top everthing off dining room need to be cleaned, tables were dirty and floors needed to be vaccummed. If you want Panera go to Arbo location and avoid Waverly!
Used the drive thru and it took three different people to take my order. A cup of chicken noodle soup, a bbq chicken sandwich and a large tea. Once I ordered it took another three people asking if I paid before I was able to pay. After paying I was handed a bag and told “ it’s wet” and then the window slammed shut. I figured it was just water on the bag. Well it was half the soup….The sandwich had two small chunks of chicken and was ice cold. I didn’t go back and never will. This location terrible.
Well where to begin- food was so inedible. My husband did not eat his breakfast sandwich and the scone was like a sugar piece of cardboard. Service, thought the young lady was sweet, she forgot our $5 change even after we reminded her.
I walked in and went to the kiosk to order, but I didn’t see the breakfast soufflé listed even though there were at least 10 of them still sitting out. I walked up to the front to ask about them. Two employees came over, looked at me, and then just walked off without saying a word. Eventually, one person did help and told me they couldn’t serve them because it was past breakfast hours. Great food. But $37 for 2 sandwiches and 2 soups? I could have gone to Olive Garden for lunch for that. Prices dont align
