I met the Manager on duty (Nick) as I waited for my order. What a great guy. Somewhat rare to meet people like this these days.He literally goes above and beyond to make this location better. Super experience and my sandwich was great as usual. Sometimes the kitchen seems to get heavy handed with the salt...I've never figured out how this happens but tonight was perfect.
My Sunday routine has always included picking up breakfast for my family from Panera. Unfortunately, after having my order packed incorrectly yet again, I’ve finally decided to give up on Panera. It’s disappointing because it’s been a great run and something my family and I have enjoyed as part of our Sunday routine. But when order accuracy becomes a recurring issue, it takes away from the convenience and experience. Thanks for the memories, Panera, but I think it’s time for us to move on.
