Had lunch at Panera Bread and really enjoyed it! Their sandwiches are always fresh and delicious, but what stands out the most is the bread they bake for them. The buns and bread taste incredibly fresh, flavorful, and feel much healthier than typical fast food options. Everything tasted high quality, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. Definitely one of our favorite spots for a good lunch!
Thank you to the manager, Kema, who presented a stellar service following a mishap today! The fault is not to be placed on any staff nor the manager. A prior customer had mistakenly taken my order and brung it back shortly after I arrived. The reaction could have been anything else but Kema had my order redid without hesitation and sincerity. This is the service that is highly appreciated.
