Lots of employees standing around in the kitchen when there are 10+ orders "we're prepping". Several kiosks are available to take orders but employees waste time taking orders at registers instead of helping the kitchen staff. Avoid
Tough times for those who find themselves here— either working or dining. About an hour wait for a soup. For whatever reason. Would’ve rather got in the kitchen & made it myself.
Slllllllllllllllloooooowwwwwwwww. Seemed to have a lot of people involved the back working but only one order came out ever 10 minutes. Maybe just close this location?? Terrible.
