Sooooo slow - for a single Bakery item
I ordered french onion soup and not only were they out of bread which they didn't tell me and just handed me chips without another suggestion or substitution but it was just onion soup. There was no cheese or croutons in it and when I mentioned this. I was giving cold, shredded, fake mozzarella and croutons well. I appreciate the effort after the fact. Horrible. Waited 20 minutes for a cold egg sandwich with raw bacon on it. Coffee is like dirty potato water. The 2 of us are out $30 - Lesson learned: I'll NEVER eat Panera again.
Had a longer layover and was craving a salad so I decided to give this place a try. Ordering was easy at the kiosk and they had almost all their regular Panera item minus some speciality drinks. I ordered a chicken salad and no joke I had it in my hands in eight minutes, even in their dinner rush! My salad was yummy and would go here again if I had another layover.
