Got here when they opened, nothing is ready, couldn’t get what we wanted, went to the bathroom and it smelled like urine so strongly I couldn’t stay in there. I’ve given this place so many chances but it just continues to disappoint.
It would be nice if they can communicate they are out of everything. This supposed to be a Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt. Wrong bread, they did not put avocado and I did not even get a bag of chip with my order. Wth! This is the worst location.
Order was incorrect, i received 2 bags of chips instead of baguette. Not sure if they were out of them but it would have been nice to be notified if they were.
To the girl who brought me my food while my newborn baby slept in the car- you are the real MVP! I didn’t catch her name, but she made my day! Also- the food was way better than the Cotswold location. The bread was soft! They made it right and I felt like they actually cared. Thank you again! Give that girl a raise!
